Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tujibambe's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

Tujibambe provides adventure travel services including safari tours, mountain climbing, cultural experiences, and other outdoor activities in Kenya. Our services include trip planning, booking, and guided experiences.

Booking and Payment

Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Payment Terms

• Deposits are required to secure bookings
• Full payment must be received 30 days before trip departure
• Payments are processed securely through approved payment methods
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Client

• More than 60 days: Full refund minus $100 processing fee
• 30-60 days: 50% refund
• 15-30 days: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund

Cancellation by Tujibambe

In case of trip cancellation by Tujibambe due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit towards a future trip.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal accident. Tujibambe is not responsible for expenses incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

Health and Safety

Medical Requirements

Participants must be in good health and disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in activities.

Risk Acknowledgment

Adventure travel involves inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by our guides and staff.

Minimum Age Requirements

• Safari tours: Minimum 6 years
• Mountain climbing: Minimum 16 years
• Extreme sports: Minimum 18 years

Liability and Responsibility

Our Responsibility

Tujibambe will exercise reasonable care in providing services. However, we cannot guarantee against all risks inherent in adventure travel.

Your Responsibility

• Follow all instructions from guides and staff
• Use provided safety equipment
• Respect local customs and regulations
• Report any concerns immediately

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Respect wildlife and natural environments
• Be considerate of other participants and local communities
• Follow Leave No Trace principles
• Abide by all local laws and regulations
• Not engage in illegal or harmful activities

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials provided during trips are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.

Force Majeure

Tujibambe shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or health emergencies.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
